Dr. Kris Minnich, DVM
Dr. Kris Minnich has practiced small animal veterinary medicine for more than 10 years and offers an array of services, such as laser surgery, digital radiology, internal medicine, and grooming. Dr. Kris believes in providing clients and his patients with quality, compassionate, leading edge veterinary care.
Dr. Kris Minnich is originally from Sarasota, Florida where he graduated from Riverview High School. He studied undergraduate at Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky, where he majored in Animal Health Technology. Dr. Kris received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in 2001 after completing his clinical training at the University of Missouri.
Dr. Kris moved back to Florida in 2005 and worked locally for 4 years before opening his own practice. He is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, Florida Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
In his spare time Dr. Kris enjoys fishing, attending Tampa Bay Rays baseball games, coaching Little League baseball, and spending time with his family and pets. His wife, Stacy, works alongside him as his practice manager. They have 3 Bassett Hounds named Ernie, Grover and Jojo as well as puppy named Lily.
